Moved in about 3 months ago, move in went great, Love our BEAUTIFUL home. Pat and the maintenance team are great!
The entire process was so easy and they were able to find a tenant before a month.
We had the worst experience with rent steps. We had so many problems. Pat would take days to fix, because he didn't want to pay overtime on weekends, our toilet would leak from the bottom when we flushed. And when we flushed upstairs, it would back up in the downstairs shower and we had to live with it. The basement windows leaked and it took him a week to seal. The carpets were ruined and all he did was bring a dryer. We had to smell mildew forever. Our kitchen was old and disgusting. We were promised new kitchen, new carpe... read more
Wasnt so bad, but Patrick Chomyn is a horrible human being who has a setup phone so nobody can contact him he doesnt respond to emails. He is wayyyy past his 60 day notice to return my security deposit. And will not respond. But sends me a dispute letter two days after contacting him with copies of what was SUPPOSEDLY sent to me. Yet never recieved. I than ask him to cancel that check and reissue me a new check. But as I stated he doesnt respond...maybe a small claims court will help ?
