Had to go there today to get warranty work done again. They fixed that no problem but in countereda new problem. They call me and tell me my ignition coil went on the car and I had a check engine light on when I had just scanned the car for codes before I took the car there and had nothing no codes no misfires nothing. Then tried to charge me $206.00 when I have a $100.00 deductible. Just beware please
Rentschler's made an offer I couldn't refuse. They sold me on their honesty and hospitality for starters, then a 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T in Sublime classic color. It was meant to be driven only during warm weather......but I can't put it away, I am hooked.

The easiest and friendliest buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what we wanted so they ordered it for us... No other dealer was interested in doing that!
Stay AWAY! They have a we brake it, you pay for it policy. Had my car over 2 weeks, broke my shifter, ran out over a half tank of gas an installed a battery incorrectly. I had to pay for the shifter, refill my tank and buy a new battery! The battery is in my trunk and needed to be vented so it doesn't explode....all my fault! Worst experience of my life with a dealership.
People at Rentschler are very nice, respectful and honest. Traveled 80 miles and bought a car and would definitely consider going back in the future. .
My husband and I bought a new Equinox this week. Love the car and had an awesome experience buying the car. John Knapp was the best-took his time with us and did not push us into anything. Would highly suggest that anyone who is in the market for a new car "go to Rentschler's"-they are the best!!!
I just purchased my new Equinox from Rentschler. I loved the fact that there were no pressures... No hidden costs! Greg Williams responded to an Internet question and was so very helpful I decided I had to go meet them. Once there, I met Joe Hanna who made the whole experience great!
