What a great team. Excellent dealership. Never hassled or pressured. Luke, Kim, Ian and Greg were unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. I will not purchase another vehicle before I shop Rebtschler. It was well worth the two hour drive. I'll gladly make the trip again.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. Drove all the way from New Hampshire and loved every minute being there, customer service was amazing. I found my jeep that i had been searching for, for 3 months. Rentschler having it less than 12 hours on their lot, they were kind enough to email me all the pictures i asked for even a small video of what the jeep looked like. AMAZING!!! Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! We found our new place to buy new cars. About 45 minutes from our home and worth every minute of the drive. TAYLOR is a ROCKSTAR sales man and Greg made the entire process PAINLESS. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and all together welcoming and professional. Went to pick up preordered parts this morning. And when I went to leave I noticed it was the wrong part. Upon re-entering to return the wrong part I was treated with such disrespect and dissatisfaction. I was told that I ordered the wrong part when I had not. They had my vin#. I was also told that I had received a part 2 days ago that I did not receive. I had a photo of my receipt to prove it. And yet he wouldn't look at the receipt when I tried to show it to him. BEST CAR EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! The team here is amazing and so precise. They go through the car top to bottom and answered EVERY question I had.
