I rented a property from Renton Yu, Soo Young Yu property managers. The house I moved into was filthy and vacant for 6 months prior, upon moving out 2 years later and paying a professional cleaner to come clean I was charged $200 for a ‘cleaning’ and told the house was left dirty. I was an excellent renter and kept the house better than when I moved in. Don’t waste your money and pay for someone to clean when you move out because they’ll still charge you anyways, so you’ll pay double!
Great property manager for all my properties. Issues are handle quickly and professionally. Renton has been great.
Renton and Mike were absolutely amazing. Every step up of the selling process they made easy, answered all question and concerns I had. I have been recommending them around!!!
I dealt with Renton for about 5 years, many issues arose during the period and sometimes things did not go perfectly however that is just wishful thinking. Renton was always quick to respond to any and all: questions, concerns, and issues. Most problems were taken care of immedieatly and thats all I ask for as a tennent.
Great job as a property manager and with selling my home for top dollar!
