2nd only to the mandatory 5-year colonoscopy is laying in a dentist chair for an hour on beautiful spring afternoon, that said Debbie makes it as good as it can be !!!! Cannot imagine a better hygienist than her coupled with everyone's favorite Danette running the front office. Cheers to all !!
Cathy is a wonderful hygienist. She is caring and gentle and does a great job cleaning my teeth. She is friendly and very knowledgeable, explaining what she is doing and what needs to be done. Makes the cleaning actually enjoyable! One improvement suggestion is to remind a patient that they are due for a cleaning. For some reason apparently I didn't book my next cleaning and ended up going almost a year before the next one. Also the 48 hr change policy can be problematic. I've been going to this Dentist for years, and when the original Dentist retired, I wasn't sure if they'd continue to same level of service. After two recent visits, I've found they have. Keep connecting well with your customers!
As always, all staff members are just wonderful and so caring. Dr. Ford is pleasant and an easy doc to talk to.
I have been a patient for 2+ years. I love how they can schedule 6 months in advance, plus send reminder emails. Always get great service and wait time is minimal.
#10 on Cleaning technique, #10 on explaining on how to improve home care, #10 on visit!

I love Renton Dental Arts! Dannette and all the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful! Kathy is THE BEST hygienist ever!!! My children and I have been seeing her for decades and I can't say enough good things about her techniques; she is gentle and let's you know exactly what she is doing. She also happens to be one of the nicest people on the planet! Dr. Ford is super nice, friendly and really cares about his patients and his work!!!
