I was back at Renton Dental Arts to have my teeth cleaned and examine. Linda L. is my hygienist and she is so gentle that you are barely aware that she's cleaning your teeth. She is awesome about answering any questions you may and provides the right amount of detail in her answers. This time, Dr. Merkel examined my teeth instead of Dr. Ford who usually receives my recommendations. Very professional, pleasant, courteous, friendly experience with dental work and cleaning at Dental Arts.
I always feel so welcome when I come in to the office. The front office girls are so personable, even asking me how my girls are. I am always greeted immediately and scheduled for my next visit before I even sit down. Linda D was great as usual. We always have a nice visit during my cleaning! Even though I miss Dr Stephens the new doctors are great! Very painless visit!
As always, dental cleaning and screening done well.
Walking in the door, the receptionist smiled and greeted me with a hello. I knew what to expect based on prior consultations. I knew the cost of the services before I got there. I knew how much time I was going to be there. I felt like I had been fully serviced by people who enjoy doing there jobs. I was highly pleased with everyone I came in contact with. Job well done.
