Fabulous as always.
My appointment was July 1st at 7am. There was an issue with the lights and power to some instruments due to a fire system issue. The staff handled it really well. Although my hygienist did not have access to her normal tools, she made every effort to make sure my cleaning could be performed without having to visit at another time. I appreciate that! My only suggestion or request would be to have mouth wash for your patients. I like the new clinic; modern and clean.
Recently had a great experience at Renton Dental Arts. Dr Hansen did a great job at taking care of my chipped lower incisor, and explained my alternatives before-hand. I had expected that I'd have to make a second trip, but he took care of things expeditiously and with a result better than I had imagined. The dental assistant was very nice and professional as well. I am so impressed with your new dental office....it just wants to make you come in and relax and enjoy your appointment. Gals are so friendly...but I must say, I'm going to miss 'Linda Lu' so, so very much. We met each other back 1970's and our friendship was immeasurable. She is an outstanding lady you were lucky to have her on your staff all these years. And Dr. Ford is not only good looking, but an outstanding dentist and will certainly recommend him to friends. From the beautiful new building, to the super friendly and helpful front office staff, Renton Dental Arts is just the best. I have been a client for 27 years now. Cathy is the BEST hygienist ever! I love her, my kids love her! Can't say enough nice things about her! The doctors are fantastic! Danette is amazing! Just a great place!
Very nice facility and friendly staff. I had my teeth cleaned and two fillings in 45 minutes.
