I’m still trying to figure out why my husband spent 95 dollars on some bs?, to get a list and still possibly have to pay another application fee on some of the properties. Then to realize no of the properties they gave us is what we ask for. They really should be shut down for fraud!!!! A WASTE OF 95 DOLLARS. PLEASE DONT USE RENTMART

PLEASE be aware of Rentmart in Columbia SC. For $95 (wasted) dollars, I was given a list of approximately 20 properties and every one of them was run down and in dire need of fixing-up. Rentmart takes absolutely no responsibility for the properties they recommend. With help, I thankfully found a place... but nothing that Rentmart listed.

Absolutely rude and it shows they are only in it for the money rather than actually helping people find a sustainable living situation. Do a better job by showing your customers you care. Just a couple of desperate men and women in need of money. Bringing this to the public attention on all fronts i can find possible. Truth be told I found a much better listing on Zillow anyway. Rentmart will die out.

Horrible service – If you are a landlord please don't list your property here. I have used their services before and I got all my listings late and they didn't match what I had requested. Now I see a property on Craigslist that I want but they went through Rent Mart and they want me to pay $85.00 for their "services" to get 1 ADDRESS!!! For what...I had to get a refund the last time I had your services...why put myself through that again?
