This is to warn anyone considering renting from RentKing in Noble, Norman and the Oklahoma City area; be prepared to forfeit your deposit no matter what condition the property is in and even when the property is in better condition than when you moved in they will take your entire deposit. They have no problem being dishonest!!!
Plenty of GOOD property managers in Norman. This is not one of them. I fired them from managing my properties.

When your lease is up, this company sends a detailed letter on how they would like the house thoroughly cleaned before you turn your keys in.
