Don't rent from anyone who is using this company. They are not good, their payment system is broken, which in the two years we've rented at this location, they ahve not bothered to fix while collecting several months worth of late payment fees.

Dishonest company. Always put blame on the landlord for not progressing maintenance issues, which led to a contentious relationship. Difficult to get solid customer service and general ineptitude from staff. After months of back and forth on security deposit with Robert Szany, Renters Warehouse returned the wrong amount to us, again faulting the landlord. They will literally do anything to inconvenience you while skirting out of blame's way. Be warned.

10/4/018 One star is too much for that mediocre real estate company which wasted my time. You might be surprised to hear that real estate company which has an A rate with BBB just work as badly as others. They would come almost immediately to grab the business but when they would have to return either calls or texts or emails, you can wait for days and weeks. Mia represented renterswarehouse and its clients superbly. She knew everything about the property, was available to answer any questions, check with owners, and even schedule another visit. She has a can-do attitude and always has a smile. She is polite and very professional. I will definitely do business with renterswarehouse again because of Mia. Thanks.
