Excellent Inspector, you will not find anyone who cares more about doing things right. Very responsive, very professional and even came back at no charge after repairs were done to re-inspect. If you want it done right this is the place to go!

From the start John was great! He was thorough and detailed in his inspection. He communicated everything with me throughout the whole process and after! He let me ask all of my many questions and bring up any concerns with the house. John is very nice, honest and a humble guy. He is really good at what he does and loves to help people in the process. He was able to inspect the home and deliver a report within 24 hours of first contact, he answered all questions with knowledgeable answers you could tell were gained from years of experience, he was very kind and respectful and took time to explain things to me (as I am not a handyman/DIY kind of person), and he did all this at a very good price.
