We rented with Boswell Krieger for 1.5 years. At first, we were exceptionally pleased with how efficient and attentive this company was. We have enjoyed our trusted relationship with Boswell Krieger and its management over the past two years, entering our third year of tenancy. Particularly their timely attention to maintenance issues. Eric Smith, initially accommodated us into this apartment rapidly and seamlessly from the previous tenant when we moved in. Zia and Heather have been most attentive to our concerns whenever these arose. We look forward to continuing this relationship.

I’ve been a tenant with Boswell Krieger Management & Realty since December 2022, living in one of their beautifully renovated downtown apartments until April 2025, and I can honestly say they’ve been the best property management team I’ve ever dealt with. Boswell Krieger has helped me to manage my property in the past 5 years while I was overseas. Eric and his team have done an excellent job to find me reliable tenants by doing thorough credit and profile check, managed the move in and move out process smoothly and helped with any repairs needed. They also connected me with a realtor, accountant and lawyer for the sale of my property while I was overseas.
