I would highly recommend Eric and his team from Rentals @ The Real Estate District. Their communication was excellent and they were exceptional at meeting my needs, as an owner of a property, and the needs of my tenants. I had piece of mind knowing my rental property was in great hands and well looked after.

We rented with Boswell Krieger for 1.5 years. At first, we were exceptionally pleased with how efficient and attentive this company was. However, we noticed a shift in quality and communication once they merged with The Real Estate District. Communication was very poor once we had announced that we would be terminating our lease early (knowing that we would have to continue paying for our lease/maintaining property until our lease was up if it did not get taken over by a new party). Outstanding property management company. I've had the pleasure of having Eric and the team manage my home (as a rental) for 12 years. Throughout that time, I have had the highest confidence that my home was being well managed. Boswell Krieger is a company that is very capable, always professional and has a strong focus on customer service.
