Horrible. Embezzled my rents. Tried to get help from Attorneys General office in Illinois, not successful. Still owes me money from my tenants payments. No word from Crystal Dixon.
They closed, sold the property and never gave back deposits.
Can not get in contact this is ridiculous just send the money to the new landlord

They manage a property that I own. Getting my rent from them is nearly impossible. They won’t pick up the phone and have no communication. I think they may be going out of business and keeping customers rents.
