Do yourself a favor and NEVER rent from this company. They will take every opportunity to milk as much money from you as possible. The day we moved in, the house was a complete mess, no amount of dusting or scrubbing could actually make the house feel clean. The house also huge bug problem and we honestly wouldn't be surprised if they were fully aware of that before they rented to us.
