1 STAR IS ONE TO MANY THE SCAM AND THIEVES!! and its sad that I should've read the reviews because it seems this is a known issues with this FRAUDULENT company. I had my eye on a house several months before moving i, they worked with me to get this house which was close to my parents. They are extremely professional you can get a hold of them by phone or by text, they respond to Service requests quickly. All around I am most happy with this company. They are a good one! If I could give this company a negative 5 Star Rating, it Definitely Would be Negative 5 Stars. Very unprofessional. Lindsay, Suzanna, and everyone else that I have dealt with that didn’t follow through on their promises. How do you charge a Tenant for a whole HVAC UNIT?
