1 STAR IS ONE TO MANY THE SCAM AND THIEVES!! and its sad that I should've read the reviews because it seems this is a known issues with this FRAUDULENT company. I have sent several emails and in the normal fashion of this fraudulent management company. There is NEVER a response to an email or call!!! I had my eye on a house several months before moving i, they worked with me to get this house which was close to my parents. They are extremely professional you can get a hold of them by phone or by text, they respond to Service requests quickly. All around I am most happy with this company. They are a good one! If I could give this company a negative 5 Star Rating, it Definitely Would be Negative 5 Stars. Very unprofessional. Lindsay, Suzanna, and everyone else that I have dealt with that didn’t follow through on their promises. How do you charge a Tenant for a whole HVAC UNIT? We have had the pleasure to live in Zebra house since 2020.. and we all know how bad that year was for everyone... they will take every issue to heart and jump on any problem in an instant.. they pick up the phone every time possible and the couple times it went to VM a call was returned in a matter of minutes.. these people are lovely and the vendors they have sent are great as well... if your looking for a house or know someone that is give Zebra a call... ask for Lindsey!!!
