Rental zebra customer service is awesome. Using their app is very easy. I can use it to pay my Rent. I love the maintenance request. I put in for a maintenance request on the app and as soon as I did I got a response an hour later. I was having electrical problems and they got it resolved the next day. Lindsay my agent is a great person. Anytime I have questions. She's there to help me out.
I've worked with the Rental Zebra team for almost 2 months now and appreciate how they are problem solvers, always looking for ways to innovate, and really care about the small details. Diana, Shaylynn, and Suzanne are fantastic and provide excellent service to their tenants, owners, and vendors. I would highly recommend this team!
I've worked with Jimmy from Rental Zebra for years on RentCheck, and he has always been professional, kind, helpful, patient and resourceful! The Rental Zebra team is overall extremely easy to work with and a great partner in the PM industry.
1 STAR IS ONE TO MANY THE SCAM AND THIEVES!! and its sad that I should've read the reviews because it seems this is a known issues with this FRAUDULENT company. I have sent several emails and in the normal fashion of this fraudulent management company. There is NEVER a response to an email or call!!! I had my eye on a house several months before moving i, they worked with me to get this house which was close to my parents. They are extremely professional you can get a hold of them by phone or by text, they respond to Service requests quickly. All around I am most happy with this company. They are a good one! UPDATE Turns out they’re Not good at all !!! They charged me over $5600 for not having a clean house, please see pictures attached and judge for yourself.
