If I could give zero stars, I would. Rental Zebra is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, the experience has been a nightmare. They do not answer calls, ignore texts, and leave tenants completely in the dark. Communication is nonexistent, and any issues you bring up are met with silence.
