Very unhappy with this company and the incredibly inhuman approach they take to property management. I had typed out a much longer review but it's not worth anyone's time to actually post it. Nobody with a pulse at RZ is going to read it or do anything about my problems. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. Property owners looking to have slumlords run their property, this is the company for you. Edit (September 8 2025) Yikes, not even 24 hours since I last revised this review, Rental Zebra really knows how to double down in being the worst rental agency that ever was. Our third party maintenance repair team that was a) redirected by a prior company, “Keepe, Inc” is now no longer coming today because I guess they wanted our money and not Rental Zebras. BUT! Edit (September 7, 2025) After the worst communication I’ve dealt with in my life, I believe we have a maintenance team coming tomorrow to address our dishwasher that has been out of service for close to two months. The funny part? They thought us tenants were going to pay, even though our lease specifically says “Landlord will supply and maintain dishwasher” (and microwave, even though we moved in without one, but that’s the least of your worries giving Rental Zebra your money).
