I am the owner of a sign company in Syracuse. While on a job in Oswego, I had a problem with my boom lift. We ended up needing to rent one to finish up the job. Concurrently, I left my boom with them. They repaired it and it is functioning perfectly. This is after one of the large national companies had inspected it less than a month ago and charged me an exorbitant amount of money.
