THE WORST RENTAL AGENTS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I dealt with Damon and Marcela at the rental source, regrettably they’re the least professional leasing agents I’ve dealt with. There was a serious mice infestation at the unit on Broderick street x McAllister street. I called, emailed and texted the leasing agents and didn’t get any response. I have been renting from The Rental Source for the past 6 years. They fast to respond to any problem and they are reliable. I also like how easy it is to pay rent using their website.
Just moved into a nice condo and they made the process very straightforward, fast and easy. So far so good. I love my unit and the leasing agent I worked with responds promptly and has great communication skills, which is refreshing in the San Francisco housing market.
