PROPERTY OWNERS - DO NOT USE CAPROCK!!! They are a terrible management company. More interested in making themselves money. Charged me $85 each to plug in a $10 carbon monoxide detector. Recently let the tenants in one of my properties completely trash the unit and I had to spend over $3k and replace all the appliances just to get it livable again. Questionable ethics. No professionalism. Stay away from Rachel J******.
Alicia S***z has sent me several text messages and emails attempting to make me purchase a home from her. I told her I wasn't interested and to please stop contacting me. She rudely suggested that I unsubscribe from the emails, which I already had done. I told her I already had an agent and a closing date on my home so I did not want nor need her to keep pestering me. Today I got yet another text from her. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
