Worst service ever!!! Wasted my money on nothing wow, don't make a mistake you will regret itt. I can't even get refund
I literally searched every address they have and it's already on Zillow and Craigslist for free. They take the listing right after its posted. When you call some of the homes they get surprised that you got thier number from Rental Pro because they've never listed it...they say you get your money back after a month, not true. I wrote a letter to them with many proofs that I stiil live in the same hous and didn't get anything back
I wish I had the opportunity to see the reviews on this company before I used their services and just maybe I wouldn't be out of 99 bucks, and still no place to stay. This is a scam and it's very unfortunate that people have to find out after they have loss their money. Please do not use their services and also report them to the BBB, since they keep priding themselves on him such great ratings with them. As consumers we have to get rid of those huge companies that take advantage of trusting people.
BEWARE of RENTAL PROFESSIONALS!!!! They will take your money and list nasty homes and the nice homes are gone before the listing is available to you. When you try to request a refund they deny you saying you didn't call when in fact you have...major SCAM!!!!
i agree. this business is from hell and nothing but scammers who give you old listings already spoken for but advertise on Craigslist the same places over and over just to lure more people in. STAY CLEAR> SCAMMERS
Horrible Be advised that the 30 refund policy is BS. What they fail to tell you is that unless you call or come into the office, every single business day, you will not be awarded your refund. On top of that every refund request has to be in writing with a 30-60 waiting period for them to review your file. They will claim that you agreed to this on the phone when you signed up. This is a warning to all attempting to buy a list from this agency. I bought a list for 99 dollars that was valid for one month and after that one month you can get a refund if you are not happy with there service. Or you have the option of using there service for 3 more months after that. They don’t tell you if you use if on the 31st day you no longer can get a refund. The houses on this list are horrible. These homes were either raggedy, occupied, yes occupied one of the houses on my list was right down the street from me ... read more
