Rough start but I ended up finding a house before I could even get the list but they refunded my money with no hesitation so that was great!
After being essentially tricked into purchasing this service, I tried many times to call the landlords of properties that I was being sent by Rental Professionals. Not only did the only 3 properties I was interested in NEVER call me back, I was refused a refund because I didn't call to check my results every day. RENTAL PROFESSIONALS Greensboro Nc..... Rip off Rip off Rip off. Anyone want to join forces and sue? Got a listing. Found something on my own. Requested a Refund per my contract. Then they say because i didnt call or come in the office as required I wouldnt be getting back a refund. The contract is misleading. Dont waste your money!
Liars and thieves. Went with the company over the phone. They said "you will get your money back if you don't find anything" without disclosing the details.m No home found, and no refund. They are cheaters and liars.

When Ms. Parkinson registered for a 30-day subscription with our Greensboro office, she was provided with an initial listing of rental properties to begin her search for a new home. Thereafter, Ms. Parkinson had daily access to our service for new properties but, unfortunately, she never used the service to receive those updates.
I signed up for this company's service and when I signed up and read my contract it stated that if I found a place to live within 30 days not through them that I would be able to get my money back. Well, I found a place not through them and then attempted to get my refund. I went over a week with no answer. Not sure why I would continue to use their listings everyday if I was already living somewhere.
