We were pleased with our rental in every way. Not a single complaint. It met all of our needs.
The Royal Ranch has everything my family needs plus its in an excellent location! It offers a great floorplan and the basement is the perfect hangout spot.
Randell does a great job every single time he comes here he is a very good worker for Rental Management. I advise you never to get rid of him matter fact he could probably use a raise. He is one of the best employees I have ever seen work on houses and does the job right? He is a great employee and a great person for. maintenance for my household I would not want anybody else. Our stay was amazing. Although our skiing conditions were not what we wanted - we enjoyed touring the area visiting Lighthouses, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, the many Wineries & Taverns and also just hanging out at the Cabin & Shed. Plenty room for our large group of 14. Cabin was clean & kitchen was well stocked. Karen was available for all questions we had - Thank you for making our trip enjoyable !
