I had an awesome experience with RMO over the course of my 15-month lease. From day one, everyone I interacted with was professional, responsive, and welcoming. Benita has been nothing short of AMAZING--from the application process to closing out my lease! The most unprofessional rental management team I've ever dealt with. I haven't even moved in and I'm having issues. No communication about move-in after I signed the lease and paid all the fees. I have had to call the office, leave voicemails, emails and texts just to get no response on utilities I needed to set up or how I would get the keys. Its literally the day before I "move in" and I still had to spend a good amount of the day chasing them up just to get answers. Do not expect them to be organized or professional. Only... read more
WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Rented a house in Eastpointe. Upon arrival noticed the windows just fall out- told this to them right away and 4 months later it was finally arranged to be fixed. The dishwasher had a puddle of water sitting in the bottom of it- never fixed, no one knew what was wrong with it just said its probably old and needs ro be replaced (of course that wasn't going to happen).
