Worst management company my home kept getting violations because it did not pass inspection
Rental Management One was hired by my landlord to manage the property while I was an existing tenant with a signed lease. Without any signed agreement with me, they loaded fabricated charges onto a portal account including a late fee, wrong rent amount, and a duplicate security deposit charge. When I declined to sign a new lease and enroll in their mandatory $30/month fee package, they threatened me with eviction. They will lock you out of your home if they feel they are in the right
RentalOne has been outstanding. They manage 4 properties for me and they are incredibly proactive, use great judgment and provide top notch service. It is hard to come by good service these days but they make things effortless for me. Benita and Morgan understand the concerns of a landlord and renter and work tirelessly to take care of both.
WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Rented a house in Eastpointe. The windows just fell out- told this to them right away and 4 months later it was finally arranged to be fixed. The dishwasher had a puddle of water sitting in the bottom of it- never fixed, no one knew what was wrong with it just said its probably old and needs to be replaced (of course that wasn't going to happen).
