Garbage company that clearly doesn’t care about human wellbeing. They brazenly advertise the fact that their #1 priority is maximizing shareholder/investor value in property instead of providing and maintaining humane and habitable and housing for their tenants.
They have done an outstanding job managing my properties. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about doing things with excellence. They’ve handled everything with integrity and clear communication, which has given me real peace of mind. Highly recommend them to any property owner looking for trustworthy management company.
Absolutely the worst management company I've ever rented from. The owner hired them in the middle of my 2 year lease and they've been a complete nightmare. Zero communication, zero integrity, zero desire to every work with them again. They treated me and the other tenants like crap. There are issues from JULY that have still not been addressed. On top of that, they keep trying to get me to move out in really sneaky ways. Lack of maintenance, sent me a letter telling me I needed to move out 4 months before my lease ended with... read more
Well I would say this is a below standard rental company… I definitely will not be renewing my lease when it’s up. for example the “bare minimum “ is done to the property, located on the Northside. The thing that’s insane to me is the transaction fee of $41.86 x 12 is $502 pay the rent online which is their preferred way .. that is absolutely Ludacris so I choose not to pay my rent that way I will put mine in there drop box at their which there no one ever there.
