I applied for a unit in north Minneapolis and was denied due to income requirements even though I was told before applying there were no income or credit requirements. Overall the property is in a bad area and needs outside repairs. I was desperate looking for a place for me and my children to live however I think I dodged a bullet by not being accepted. I hope for their sakes they find someone to rent to as the property has been on the market almost a year with no one really interested because of the high rent in a bad area... read more
