Do not rent from this property. The management is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They never answer the phone and do not return calls, no matter how many voicemails you leave. Communication is terrible, and maintenance requests are not handled in a timely manner—or at all. Overall, the management is disorganized, dismissive, and shows no concern for tenants. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere to avoid the stress and frustration of dealing with this property.
The roof of the building was leaking for three months before they even sent somebody out to look at it. Every time it rained, I had to put down large storage tubs to catch the water. I continue to leave voicemails and messages and get no return response. I have had maintenance requests completed without even being addressed.
I had a little incident with my water bill being high, but we’re working through it together and grateful for their communication and responsiveness.
Peter came by and fixed our deadbolt lock to the garage door and smoke detector. Friendly and professional service!
