I'm a mortgage banker and my wife is a realtor and we endorse this product as a tool to help build or rebuild one's credit if you pay your rent on time. The process is great at 4 stars, but really needs to report to all three credit bureaus to be a perfect 5 stars.
This is a great program for the cost. When you don't have a lot of debt but you want to keep your credit score up, being able to have your rent reported to the credit bureau is a huge plus. Especially when my rent was higher than my new mortgage payment. And canceling was a breeze. Thanks Erik.
This is the best program ever! I did mot know if it would work but it was amazing. Since I decided some years ago to not get additions credit but when my houses I bought years ago dropped off my credit. It dropped down to 0 credit. So since I already pay rent and this program is designed to take that rental payment and register it on Trans Union. I said I would try it. Within 2 months. I went from 0 credit to 682. I was shocked. Thanks Rental Kharma.
Since I joined them last year, I have another good positive trade line shows up on my Credit Report.....And Now I am enjoying my 721 credit score today !!! Highly recommended!!!!! 5 stars !!!!
