This is a predatory service for those trying to increase their credit score. My husband paid the ~$160 for the rental credit reporting history and it only raised his score one point. ONE. For approx 18 months worth of positive rental history. Instead of addressing my husband's concerns, a representative of Rental Kharma contacted the lender we are working with for a home loan (and who recommended rental kharma) and told the lender that my husband did not like Rental Kharma's services.
