RecommendedI haven’t used Rental Kharma in a while but only because our current landlord wasn’t willing. Before that I used it and was very pleased with the service. More recently I had a question about how my old account was showing up on my credit report. They were very responsive and professional. They got back to me immediately and answered all of my questions. They also took the time to follow up with me shortly after to make sure I didn’t have any additional questions. Awesome customer service!!!!!
My score jumped 124 points. Thank you, thank you. Please add other credit companies and I will give you a 10-star rating. Even having things on our credit that needs to be corrected, my fiancee went up 69 points.
Having to dispute charges with my credit card company because I was charged after I was certain I had requested a cancelation. Customer service just debated back forth with me about how 'since I didn't click the link to cancel I don't really have a case.' That's frustrating. I had requested in writing, but I failed to click a link so my cancelation didn't happen. The entire service has been super frustrating. Im glad it's working for some people though. 🤷♀️

signed up a week ago. very professional and got back to me quickly. waiting to see it on my Transunion report soon. split payments in there with the two year listing of payments. impressed so far. seeing it hit Equifax would be nice too.
