I paid for 12 months of rental history, they process my payment quick, BUT I have to call my landlord and request my payment history, I send it to them , I don’t know if they ever reported because I haven’t see even a one points up in my credit score. I requested my money back and I still waiting
My rent has been verified since September 21,2018. I was told it will take 7-10 business days to report to my credit it's Oct 25 and it still. Haven't shown on credit

signed up for 2 yrs of past rental history. was told by a rep that I qualified and they just needed to speak with the landlord, which they did....after, then stated they won't move forward unless I send further documents with the address on it. Utility Bills were in landlords name so i had none. Refused to credit me my full refund. Make sure you have documentation and read the SMALL PRINT before applying. smh
