I have been a tenant with ****** ***** ***for 6 years now - and honestly I have had the best experience with them! When I first applied for the home I currently am in - Chuck was AMAZING to me!!! He worked with me thru the entire process. We had very open communication of what was expected of me and what I was needing and wanting from them being a single mother and a new tenant. Absolutely the worst management company we've ever dealt with. The main office is rude and provides incorrect information. When we looked at the property it was in terrible shape. We agreed to paint it if they provided the correct paint color. However, they didn't because they do not tell the truth. The provided a color that was inaccurate to the actual wall color. And on exit is trying to make us pay for the walls. However, under Virginia law, this will not stand up. One would think that a licensed real estate professional... read more

Rental Homes USA sounds like a corporate and professional entity; however, be warned, this couldn't be further from the truth. The owner of the company, ***** ******, happens to also be the lead property manager. I lived in one of the properties for over a year and he couldn't have been less helpful. On move in day, we discovered that the home was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned and the previous tenants left trash and home materials in the home. ***** refused to pay for the home to be cleaned and said that it was our problem... read more
