This company is sending me an invoice with accrued interest for structural plumbing repair and repairs to the wall and basement ceiling. My renters policy paid for my damaged property and although I have liability coverage they said there is no liability on my part. Their response? I have been in my property for several years and until recently the experience has been good. Now everything is blamed on covid when repairs are not done in a timely manner. My refrigerator is broken and 5 days later after notifying the office still no response. With food prices so expensive, I'm now informed the expense of my food loss is my problem.
