The worst customer service ever I wish I could give negative stars. I almost don't think 5,000 characters is enough to tell you about how awful this company is. I'll try not to drag this out though. First let me say that I called them from my office on my lunch break and I would advise against anyone doing that ever. From the minute I told Rob the customer service agent that my rental budget was 850.00 he wanted to brush me off. rental-data.com is not a scam I went to the BBB website and rental-data.com has a B+ rating, 4 complains in the last 36 months (3 years) and only one unresolved. So it is far from a scam!! I think it is a much better site than graigslist with all the scams on that side nowadays, most of them don't have an address or telephone nr. Yes, you have to pay for their service, because they want to get paid for their work!
