We love our home and have a great rapport with the landlord maintenance etc. The home is so beautiful. We have lived here since 2019. My husband and I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. ***** & **** FYI, the other review ***** * is not me even though my name is the same.
By far, the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I had bug infestation that they said I had to spray for myself. The entire house was so poorly insulated that I had to have 2 full-size humidifiers running around the clock. Before I signed the lease, they estimated utilities would be around $200, and they were $400 consistently. When I talked to them about that, the landlords told me I was lying.
