The staff are great! Once I was able to reach somebody on the phone and get all my information it was smooth I was able to get right in move my stuff in no hassle it was honestly great cuz I was on a time frame and within 30 minutes if that I was already moving in so I appreciate how fast and how smooth it went
I do not recommend, KO could care less! All of these positive reviews on here are for Cooks storage the previous owners. KO took over 2 months ago, Pretty shady, BEWARE! 6/1/25
We have rented from this location for over a year. We were enrolled in automatic payments and didn’t have any issues until after new ownership took place. We received an email stating KO storage took over ownership and we would need to update our billing information on their new site, so we did. The next month the payment didn’t go through on the 3rd like it normally does, I received a message stating the automatic payment was as not applied and I would need to make a payment. Over 48 hours later. I still get the manager will take the lock off at his convenience. I would cut the lock off myself but I would rather not face any type of chargers they would want to press.
KO is a very clean and nice place for storage and the online staff are helpful very much helpful as in my time of need I lost my information to get in through the safety gate I called the phone number at the gate for the company and the person on the line did everything to help me as well there job in my information to get me access all is well and I thank the company for the person that helped me keep up the good work your aprecated thanks again from Brian and Daggett my wonderful dog.
