I do not recommend, KO could care less! All of these positive reviews on here are for Cooks storage the previous owners. KO took over 2 months ago, Pretty shady, BEWARE! 6/1/25

Storage is clean and easily accessible! The only issue we have noticed is the gentleman that owns or runs the campground next door is always lurking around and be super nosey! We went to put a lock on our storage building one night and not only did he come out and tell us we couldn't wait for our Lyft ride there to pick us up he started questioning why we were at our storage also. Well we just got the reservation and looked at 4 different storage rooms. 2 of them were not maintenance ready. The 1st room wasn't big enough and the 2nd room the door wouldn't open or shut and got stuck. The 3rd room the ceiling was falling down. The 4th room was perfect nothing wrong with it and the best part was the lady on the phone helping me did all she could to make sure I was happy with my storage room. She was very helpful. We will be moving stuff in tomorrow thanks KO STORAGE. 😊

Do not rent from KO I paid for a secure storage unit and the gate hasn't worked in over a month I have made multiple complaints and the gate still not fixed now my unit has been broken into and they won't do anything about it they won't let me talk to anybody they still won't fix the gate and they raise my rates the ripoff I do not recommend this to anybody

Was easy to reserve and get into, let me upgrade to the next size up with no problems, and it's 100 dollars cheaper than what I was paying at storagemart!
