Emily was awesome and went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me. My storage was set for auction and I was having issues making my payment. She was very patient with me and empathetic. I was so stressed about losing everything I owned that I couldn't talk normally. She eased my worries and told me everything would be okay. My friends and family told me this as well but Emily is the one that made the statement true. We have rented from this location for over a year. We were enrolled in automatic payments and didn’t have any issues until after new ownership took place. We received an email stating KO storage took over ownership and we would need to update our billing information on their new site, so we did. The next month the payment didn’t go through on the 3rd like it normally does, I received a message stating the automatic payment was as not applied and I would need to make a payment. Over 48 hours later. I still get the manager will take the lock off at his convenience. I would cut the lock off myself but I would rather not face any type of chargers they would want to press.
The only reason I'm giving one star the gate was open 24/7 no code , every month I had problems getting into my account on my 2nd month they raised the price 15$ ( suprise !!! ) , and of course there mandatory insurance , In October my checking account was hacked and I lost 350$ I notified management I was going to be late pay for the month I am 72 years of age on social security I had to pay it by November first I had to borrow the money because my check would be the 3 Rd of the month I tried for 2 days repeatedly t... read more
