This people cant not be trusted at all. They allowed people to take the key and stay in the house with out any lease, or not even informing the owner. The house was listed through them for lease.

We’d been on the hunt for a house for a long time and couldn’t get any help/anyone to call us back. A month later we started looking at apartments when we got the call from Vince. He sent personal texts and walked us through the entire application. It was so painless and easy. Almost too good to be true, but it is true! 3 days later we got the house! Incredible service. So happy they found us.
At first I wanted to report this page to Google for removal due to the thieving practices they used on me and a few other commenters. TL:DR Vince and Flor of Rental Answers are thieves and steal rent and deposits intended for proper lodging from renters and claim to the owners they never received it. Initial contact was excellent. In the past I had a difficult time making sure my home was secure while vacant. After Rental Answer stepped in to help, they advised to use electronic locks, which allows me to keep track of every showing and all the activity of my property. Thank you Rental Answer for all your help!
