Renters BEWARE! Worst property management company in Baltimore. Huge employee turnover, Dishonest, non communicative, Unprofessional, non Md Housing law compliant. Would rate them on a slumlord level!!
Horrible experience from beginning to end. Paid an extra $100 over monthly ask to get the home along with a $100 pet fee monthly that was never itemized on the lease. So now they say I never paid a pet fee and charge me to replace all the carpet due to pet odor. I requested move out walk through, they never showed up on date/time agreed and then did it without me there randomly. Extremely terrible service. You have to call 10-15 times for a basic request and the receptionist would never connect you to the people in charge and will tell you they'll call back but no one ever does. It's been 15 days of me trying to obtain a simple parking pass but haven't received a single call back from Rentworks. They have just sent one message saying they'll work on it but no updates for days. This has happened before too. After Vence was at my property I did not have any response for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I finally got an email with a list, but no price and request to sign a contract, as blank check. I had to decline working with such an unreliable company.
Every time I work with this company I have a great experience. I refer them to all my investor friends and my clients from my real estate business as well.
