If I could a zero stars I would! Current renter and I can't get in contact with anyone from the rental office. No answer calls go to voice mail and no one returns your calls. They are a joke, i need to contact the actual property owners at this point. Billing me two different amounts for the same Billing period water bill is diabolical, yall stealing money? Or your books wrong? Answer the phone a d fix my bill before we be in court.
This company is very unprofessional and unresponsive. I scheduled to tour one of their properties on 8/2 and was contacted by an agent as I was pulling up to the property stating he did not have the keys to show the property. However, there was a number pad door lock. The agent told me that he would call back to reschedule and never did. I went back on their website and rescheduled on my own. Horrible company! Complete scammers! I applied for a house 2 almost 3 weeks ago, next day received a call that the property was rented. Toured another property because I was told my Brittany I could transfer my application to another property. Was told it was successfully transferred and reactivated. Here it is a week and days later, No communication so I contacted the company. No answer as always, but received a message the property was rented yesterday.
