Extremely terrible service. You have to call 10-15 times for a basic request and the receptionist would never connect you to the people in charge and will tell you they'll call back but no one ever does. It's been 15 days of me trying to obtain a simple parking pass but haven't received a single call back from Rentworks. They have just sent one message saying they'll work on it but no updates for days. This has happened before too. After Vence was at my property I did not have any response for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I finally got an email with a list, but no price and request to sign a contract, as blank check. I had to decline working with such an unreliable company.
Every time I work with this company I have a great experience. I refer them to all my investor friends and my clients from my real estate business as well.
