Excellent Customer service, quick delivery! Reasonable rates!
I am not someone who usually gives one-star reviews because I value people’s livelihoods and I’m hard to bother — but hear me out! I rented a heavy-duty Bosch jackhammer with two bits from Rent Source, picking it up at 8:45 AM. One bit broke immediately when I started the job, and the second broke within an hour. For comparison, I had rented a Hilti jackhammer from Home Depot for over a month doing the same type of work with no such issues. Terrible experience! They gave me three different prices for the exact same service and had poor communication throughout. On top of that, they don’t stand behind their word. If you’re renting anything, beware of their insurance, it practically covers nothing and feels like a scam. If you have other options, avoid this place at all costs!
