Edited from 5 stars. I don't know what happened after Jacob left, but I drove there last Friday to pickup a dump trailer that I had confirmed by not one but two calls in the days prior to pickup. Got there and was told there was no dump trailer available. They apologized but there was no explanation beyond "we don't have one". Fine, things happen, but I had the booked the time off work, had the excavator ready to go, and was left scrambling for an alternate solution, all the while paying for the excavator to sit in my drivew... read more
They carry Milwaukee which a lot of people consider to be the best brand for tools. Overall the experience was positive, we had a bit of misunderstanding when I came to pick up tools as they tried to change the quote due to long weekend. However, as I pointed that I already signed a quote 2 days prior, and to change pricing on a pick up day would be unfair, they agreed, and honored the initial quote. Otherwise it was a smooth ride, everything worked fine, just as intended.
