I called in the morning to rent a trailer and was told it was available. I then drove 45 minutes to their location only to be told at the desk that the trailer was already reserved because the staff “didn’t see it” in the system. Completely wasted my time and fuel for nothing. Extremely unprofessional staff, poor communication, and terrible customer service. This place is disorganized and unreliable. I would not recommend renting from here at all.
Do come to this place. They will just waste your time. They are very unprofessional.
