I kept running into this company online when I started looking for a rental home. Every time I called I talked to different person, they all said the same thing, that they could help and they had everything I needed and my recent foreclosure and credit didn't matter, I really didn't believe them, and then with an upfront fee, I was sure they were scam. 35 complains in 1 years with BBB – 71 complaints closed with BBB in last 3 years | 35 closed in last 12 months says it all, I think. I always check out a company with BBB and see the rating and complains there. I wouldn't want to pay $85 for a service that seems to be that bad.
Worst Company Ever!!! – This the worst company ever!!! The one positive review is likely staged in order to help their report. I never even made it into the office due to the rude customer service rep. I questioned why the consumer has to pay and the landlord can list for free and the answer was to keep rent prices down-lie! Thanks Again – I have found my last two homes using Rent Source. First one in 2009 (took about a week) and again this year (took about a month). They have tons of leads that I could not find on my own and many private landlords. That was great for me since I have bad credit. It is a great service and works well for those who don’t have a lot of time or that are picky like my wife. Saved me time and money. I would send anyone I know to Rent Source for their next home.
