Rent Source is a HORRIBLE DESPICABLE business that does not value nor appreciate their employees or customers. The "owner" Roxanne is undoubtedly THE MOST unprofessional human being wasting the very flesh she is printed on. Your complaints, and needs are not taken seriously. And if you can bare to be employed there, she falls short of due diligence in employment verifications as well. Her staff understands her demeanor and there is no reprimand for unprofessional phone etiquette.

I am a nurse, single mother of twin boys and as you can imagine, my time is valuable. I responded to an ad I saw on craigslist about an apartment in South City. I talked to a representative from Rent Source. The gentleman was very professional and informative. I made an appointment to meet with him about the apartment and was excited to see that he had several apartments for me to see in my budget. I ended up viewing 4. I Giant Scam. My girlfriend responded to an add on Craigslist for a house in the 63110 area code. She spoke with a woman named Kelly who said she was a representative of rent source and that they had this house any several other meeting our qualifications in the 63110 area code. She scheduled a meeting at 12 on Saturday to discuss these homes. When we got there was no Kelly there. I just wanted to say to all the haters out there that I used Rent Source today. I was given several listing of homes to check out in my areas. I looked at 6 houses. I made a decision, Today, and I am moving in Friday. So…All you people who say you didn’t get in a house, I think it’s because you were too lazy to help yourself. I thought It was a great service. I had mixed feelings about using them but i'm glad i did. They found me a place right away and the landlord is a great guy too. it was nice not needing to drive around all day trying to find one myself. Thanks again, George Lampley

at first i was really upset because i needed to move in 30 day, i gave my landord notice that i was moving. i went to rentsource and the girl with the tattoes said i can move in 21 days. by the 10th day i was pissed because i still had not found a house. i am shamed to say that i even called and cursed her out. 2 days later i found the perfect house and moved in the next day. im not going to call them and say sorry....lol, so i thought id just write a good review for them
