Epic Fail!!! This company is operated NOT in the best interest of anyone. In nearly three years' time... I have suffered unimaginable. negligence that was created by them. They don't do Maintenace unless you literally going to the city. I fought for two years against roaches... I now have ptsd from them. It's time for another review! 12 days no heat currently. While they are demanding me to sign a new lease & immediately upon signature I'd be in violation. Demands to pay a portion of the water now as they don't fix leaks, a new tenant has a washer that takes refugees and has bags of laundry coming and going. As well as $500 for my 6 year old 8lb dog that has been here since day one... without any issues or complaints. Sent To BBB Today.... Transaction dates for excessive late fee overcharges are attached with only existing lease agreement. Lease agreement states $50 late fee. June of 2023 they began charging $75 per late fee. They are charging late fees for the owed late fees March of 2022, October of 2023 and November of 2023. 3.4.2022 - Late fee of $50 for unpaid late fee seen on ledger 6.6.2023, 7.6.2023, 8.6.2023, 9.6.2023 - Overcharged for late fee by $25 per late fee. That said, I am 1200 miles from my 5 grands and 4 of 5 children...
