They definitely aren't the worst. But RPH has been making some embarassing slip ups over the past year (maybe staffing issues?) I've had problems with somehow being over-charged which they credited towards next month so it's whatever. Avoid This Property Management Company – Unethical and Unresponsive I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company in Portland. Despite leaving the property in spotless condition, with video proof to support it, they withheld my deposit, claiming the unit was left dirty. This is completely false. Today 7/9/2025 at 4:00pm my family and I went to view one of the properties out in Sherwood. We were coming quite a distance away from where we currently live and traffic was insane so we were about 10 mins late. We called and texted the lady to let her know and on the phone she said sure that’s no problem that she would still be there for us she understood about the traffic issues.
