Water, power, elevator shut off constantly. Multiple water leaks into our room, they never repair water damage to the ceiling just spraypaint white overtop. Cockroaches as well. Maintenance staff is super nice and helpful but management and front desk are miserable to deal with. Do not live here. Started off cheaper than any other place in the city but they jacked rent to the moon and have nonstop issues. Dont give these idiots a dime of your money
Customer service is nonexistent. I’ve had an urgent issue with rent payment, gave us phone # to call but it just always in the voicemails , no one has bothered to get back as well. I really wish the hallways was cleaned more regularly at least every day or twice a week. Bugs inside the light fixtures in the stair hallways. 😐😐
Rude and unbelievably unhelpful. It's almost as though they go out of their way to try to NOT rent out their properties to people. There are plenty of other property management companies in Lethbridge that appreciate the prospect of new business and will treat you as a customer and not a nuisance.
Living at Northview, is like being roomates with your property manager. Expect people and notices at your door.
Shanel is very unprofessional! She is very rude!!!! We are tenants and paying our rent on time we are just inquiring and the way she handle question it seems like we are not good paying !!! She is very unprofessional the management should retrain this lady for GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE it seems like she doesn't know it!!!!! Very rude very unprofessional!!!!!!
