My name is Lynn, and I signed a lease for property at 14216 Woodlands drive #94 in Hammond La., on October 21st managed by the property management company Rent Louisiana LLC and owned by Christopher Pugh a pharmacist in Ponchatoula Louisiana. Very nasty and unprofessional property managers. They are slow to make major home repairs. Unkind, rude and nasty to tenants. They uphold slumlords and in addition, practice unethical, unlawful and illegal practices. As a tenant, I also alerted them that the repairman made me uncomfortable and made inappropriate comments to me as a woman and the management did absolutely nothing. They wanted to raise my rent for three months without repairing the home any further unless I purchased. A bunch of bullies.
