This company is a scam. Not only do they raise the rent on you year after year, they "require" you to purchase their $30 "Service" that gives you an $8 Walmart filter on a monthly basis that you don't need for your A/C. I've been a tenant in Dunedin, FL for a decade now and NEVER missed a rent payment. Even my landlord thinks it's a scam. Avoid this bogus management company at all costs.
Our experience with Rent It Network was excellent. We dealt mostly with Rolan and he was very helpful through the entire process. We are super excited for the new home.
My cousin rented from these crooks and she dealt with loryn who isnt helpful at all. Bad company all around CROOKS!

Sonja and Jocelyn were great. Sonja inspected the home and took over 300 pictures of things that were missing or needed to potential repair (paint, drywall, etc.) and she found things we would have never thought to look at! Such a great experience!
It is not always easy to find a great rental. Sonja Haltiwanger at Rent It Network is the best! She certainly made this rental process easy. She was and is available to answer any questions and to make sure our needs are met. She certainly made our move a positive experience.
