The time I spent using rent in the valley was great they respond to maintenance requests quickly and if a complaint is made they try and deal with it fast. I worked with a woman named janell and she helped me a lot when I had issues. I can confidently say she was one of the most helpful landlords I have ever met. I highly recommend if you are looking to rent from rent in the valley to ask for janell if you are able too.
I’ve been out of the rental world for a very long time. Rent In The Valley made the process easy. I appreciated their friendly communication and patience with all my questions. I’ve been renting for about a month now and have nothing bad to say about RITV. Their online portal is easy to use for rental applications, paying rent and maintenance requests.
Last week, I had an issue with the hot water as the water heater stopped functioning. I placed a maintenance request to have the hot water issue resolved in a timely manner. We had a very disappointing experience renting with Rent in the Valley. From the time we moved in, there were ongoing mold issues that were not properly addressed despite repeated maintenance requests. The condition persisted for months, creating what we felt were uninhabitable living conditions. Tenants are not allowed to tour units before signing, which meant we entered the lease without seeing the apartment in person. Move in was a breeze, apartment was clean with no major issues, payment for everything can be done online which makes things very convenient and staff was always on time.
