They take advantage of disabled people, pick their money will not fix anything thats broken. Charge them for things they didnt know about. Tried to charge them for service animals which is illegal Would not fix a gas leak in the stove this is a very bad place to be.

We have been extremely lenient with your family member and allowed them to enter a payment arrangement of their determination and they chose not to adhere to it. All broken and inoperable items are repaired in a timely manner and with appropriate documentation once we are made aware of the need. I had an issue with them no properly providing new rent price increase. I received a lease termination letter while I was and currently paying the most rese recent agreed upon rental price. There was an increase but I never received the new contract. I contacted them text and email and the stated I received it months ago, but I did not. I finally received new contract on my door with no attempt to confirm I received it.
