I lived in a house in the historic fairmount for 3 years under this slumlord. I would like to send out a warning for those looking to live in any houses she might have. This house looked one way when shown to me and then upon moving in she had ripped the entire kitchen out and replaced with cabinets with exposed wood not finished, they were also placed so high we could not even use them without a ladder, she also replaced the countertop with concrete not sealed which means anything that touches it stains and works its way in... read more
