They don't give back my deposit. One time they sent me a check that was from a closed account and check was refused at bank. Later they said we have sold Rent Florida Realty and don't care about your money.

Would thoroughly inspect place before moving in. Owner is nice, but cheap. Manager is nice too, always on top of the big things (which get sent to the owner and then delayed probably bc owner is cheap). I don’t care enough to complain now. If I were to do it over again I would make sure kitchen/fridge were clean.

I wish I did stay away! its so weird to hear these stories because at first I thought I was the only one but nooooo! Frances is a crook and don't even think about getting your deposit back. Jim is cool, except the fact that he will come into your apartment unannounced, no call before or nothing. But Frances....I also rented an apartment that hadn't been cleaned and I told her no worries I would clean it due to me needing to move in. The place was filthy, when I left the apartment it was spot clean...and guess what...she said... read more
