I have lived in several different locations and Rent Blu is the WORST management company that I have ever had to deal with. They nickle and dime you for everything because they subcontract out their maintenance and do not have any on staff and the actual property manager Nicole is just plain rude and quite frankly mean. Management company does not communicate with each other. To find out any information we had to call numerous times even though they said they would contact us. Disrespectful staff in regards to looking at you as “tenants” rather than equal human beings. They get very defensive when you bring up any issue with your house/apt. Rent Blu is the worst rental company to rent from in the city of grand rapids. I received a call about a noise complaint. This came from the construction crew that is working on the lower unit of the house. But yet banging their hammers all around isn't loud for me? Is this a joke? They are workers not residents, how should I get a complaint? Also they charged me a $75 fee because my dog was not in a kennel for inspection. Attempted to view several of their properties, however their website SUCKS. Couldn't reach anyone on the phone, so I inquired from the site and got an automatic response, when I asked to move forward and schedule multiple listings, they didn't respond. That was 3 weeks..... How do you plan on helping someone find a house if you can't respond? I'm glad one of the MANY other property management companies in town will respond and help me find a place.
Best rental company I’ve been with. Responses are quick and friendly. I enjoy working with every rent blu employee I’ve been in contact with.
