Recommended5 stars I was against the warranty i have not had a good experience with other warranties cici really was fantastic explaining things to me. I ended up getting the warranty it REALLY paid off my tire went flat. i put my spare on and it went flat. i called the warranty company they towed me and my car to the shop on newbern ave. On friday and cici was nice enough to replace tire on a day they typically do not do repairs. There was no cost to me.these people treat you like family. They were super fast and nice. Since it was really hot out they gave me some water for my dog. I really appreciate it
CiCi is awesome. Very good customer service. She takes good care of her customers. Yes I will go back again and refer people there. She listens and understands and when something happens to your tire or rim your covered with your insurance and no problems. Can't forget the manager he took time and helped as well. Love there service.
I love going there they were very friendly and nice and very helpful great people would prefer them to anyone
