I’ve been dealing with rent a wheel for over 4 years now. I have had 3 sets of rims from them and my experience has always been wonderful. CiCi has been like a sister towards me and she has always helped me whenever I had a hardship because of life situations. I would defiantly recommend anyone get a set of wheels from them. They have wonderful service and they are very nice and helpful in any situation that you may come across. I give this company a definite 5 stars!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to thank the Team for a wonderful experience. I went to this location to rent a set of wheels and they had just what I wanted. The staff was the best of the best. Get this they offered me something to drink made me very comfortable while I waited. The wait was less than a hour. Super tie tech he was fast and on schedule with getting me in abd out. Worst place ever !! Rude staff. Cici. I want to know who owns this place since i know its independent owned. I came in because i bent a rim from my lexus. I was offered 500$ rims. And the lady there cici i told her i givenher 200 down bc thats what i had. She said ok. I travel to work when i see its been 1,300$ already taken out. I had insurance on them. I went to 4 different shops looking for off road Rims and tires for my Tahoe. went into Rent-A-Wheels store and the store manager Cecy made me feel like we were family and like she had known me forever. the customer service was completely out of this world and everyone really knew what they were talking about.
